I observed my first issue this morning, a voter circled her choice in lieu of filling in the oval. The voter alleges the worker told her to cilcle her choice (obviously she didn't), but it was too late, the vote was in the box.

My wife was told at PS 18, to circle her choice. She admonished the worker to give correct information to voters. She added that as the worker told her what to do, she kept pointing to Pagano's name. Shady.
